We are in search of a "Sunshine Pumper" for our Scheduling Coordinator position. We are searching for someone that is outgoing, bubbly, loves to talk to people, and genuinely cares about getting to know every person that they come into contact with. We strive to provide the best possible experience for every patient that calls or walks through our door. The Scheduling Coordinator is often the first person that any patient or referring office will have contact with and our goal is to provide a wonderful experience for every single person we come in contact with.
Primary responsibilities include checking patients in and out, answering phones, scheduling, data entry, collecting patient payments, checking and responding to emails, checking insurance benefits, and confirming appointments.
Our practice hours to 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM Monday thru Thursday and an occasional Friday to allow all of our team members to enjoy their afternoons and evenings with their families.
