```Job Summary```
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating appointments, schedules, and calendars for our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer service-oriented mindset. Working knowledge of dental insurance a HUGE plus!
```Responsibilities```
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for clients and staff members
- Manage calendars and ensure all appointments are properly documented
- Communicate with clients to confirm appointments and provide necessary information
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth scheduling operations
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to privacy regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and address any concerns or issues
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in an administrative or scheduling role preferred
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Dental experience is A MUST!!!!!!!!

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 34 – 38 per week
