Schedule Coordinator

We are a flooring company looking to hire a Scheduling Coordinator for floor installs. This position will require you to communicate with homeowners to cordinate the schedule of their flooring install. You will also be placing orders with vendors to order products. You will coordinate install schedules with sub-contractors. You will be creating job PO’s daily, as well as re-scheduling jobs as needed. In this position, you will also be helping showroom staff as needed with customer service. This position will require someone who has good attention to details, is a multi-tasker, great with customer service, and be a good problem solver.

Hours are Monday-Friday from 9-530, with at least 1 Saturday per month required (all office staff alter Saturday's). Saturday schedules are from 1030am-330pm.

Scheduling experience is not required, but definitely a plus! This job starts at $18-$20 per hour depending on your past work experience, and scheduling experience.
