Scheduling Coordinator

We are a custom kitchen and commercial millwork shop looking to hire someone to schedule deliveries and keep projects on track.

Responsibilities:
- Communicating with clients/GC's to ensure the project is running on track and schedule deliveries accordingly
- Coordinate with staff to ensure efficient scheduling and minimize last minute issues
- Keep a Google calendar updated with all deliveries

Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software for scheduling purposes

As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within our shop. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to prioritize tasks will contribute to keeping our shop running smoothly.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
