Scheduling / Dispatch Coordinator
A family-owned Security guard staffing company, and we are looking for a new member to join our Office Team in Northern Berks County. You will be involved in the day-to-day shift placement & Dispatch for our security personnel helping to ensure all client needs are met. We are a 24/7/365 company.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be able to roll with the unpredictable punches and calmly navigate hectic situations. You must be able to multi-task as well as take appropriate actions with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate with be able to drive the timely transmission of information, as well as adapt quickly to scheduling changes and coverage needs.
Hours: 2 Nights a week 10:00pm - 6:00am
16 Hours / week and Fill in coverage for Time Off and Illness
Responsibilities

• Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions.
• Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance.
• Use phone, email, and text messaging to send personnel to appropriate locations.
• Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other information.

• Proven experience as a scheduler in a high-volume industry.
