SalaryI. : Coordinates and organizes all functions related to scheduling of all Cath, EP, and Vascular Lab cases as well as TAVR cases. Acts as initial contact for the Heart Institute Office, i.e. answering phones, greeting visitors, etc.
II. :
1) Acts as primary scheduler for all Cath/EP/Vascular Lab cases.
2) Coordinates and arranges cardiovascular hospital-to-hospital transfers.
3) Answers incoming calls and greets department visitors.
4) Provides administrative support to the Heart Institute team.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
Schedule:
