Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Phone support (both fielding incoming calls and placing calls to staff.
• Work directly with coordinators and other care members, input schedules.
• Schedule shifts and communicate directly with care members.
• Be responsible for day-to-day staffing, problem solving, ensuring customer satisfaction, payroll/billing.

Job Type: Full Time

Starting Salary: $53,000 per year

Qualifications

Education:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Associate Degree preferred
