Comfort Keepers provides non-medical in-home care to elderly and disabled individuals. The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for building the weekly schedule and assigning caregivers to the shifts requested by the clients. Duties also include billing LTC insurance on a weekly basis and communicating with insurance companies regarding client invoices. Excellent phone etiquette and attention to detail are a must, as well as the ability to multi-task. Previous healthcare scheduling experience preferred.
