As a Scheduling Coordinator (think of yourself as a customer service superhero!), you'll be the warm face that greets our families and the scheduling wizard who keeps everything running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming patients and their families with open arms.
• Scheduling appointments efficiently.
• Expertly managing a multi-line phone system.
• Handling mailings accurately and promptly.
• Facilitating communication with patients and dentists.
• Tackling all front office tasks with ease.
• Being a vital part of our office team, contributing to patient satisfaction and office goals.
• And, of course, any other duties that come your way.

Here's what we're looking for in you:

• Ideally 2 to 5 years of office experience, preferably in Orthodontic Customer Care Representative roles.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are non-negotiable.
• Must be computer literate (bonus points for Ortho2 experience).
• Previous experience in orthodontics or customer service is a big plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
