As a Scheduling Coordinator (think of yourself as a customer service superhero!), you'll be the warm face that greets our families and the scheduling wizard who keeps everything running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming patients and their families with open arms.
- Scheduling appointments efficiently.
- Expertly managing a multi-line phone system.
- Handling mailings accurately and promptly.
- Facilitating communication with patients and dentists.
- Tackling all front office tasks with ease.
- Being a vital part of our office team, contributing to patient satisfaction and office goals.
- And, of course, any other duties that come your way.
Here's what we're looking for in you:
- Ideally 2 to 5 years of office experience, preferably in Orthodontic Customer Care Representative roles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are non-negotiable.
- Must be computer literate (bonus points for Ortho2 experience).
- Previous experience in orthodontics or customer service is a big plus.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
