About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our TEAM as a Scheduling Coordinator with McKenney Home Care. As a leading home care provider in Venice, FL, we are dedicated to providing top-quality care to our clients and creating a positive work environment for all of our employees.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Client and Caregiver schedules, ensuring all shifts are properly staffed
- Communicate with Clients and Caregivers to coordinate schedules and address any scheduling conflicts
- Help answer incoming calls and text messages from Clients and Caregivers
- Collaborate with the TEAM to ensure client needs are met and schedules are optimized
- Prior experience in scheduling, staffing, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to work both independently and as a TEAM
