Program Schedule Analyst
Rothe Enterprises, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Program Schedule Analyst in support of NASA on the Kennedy Exploration Ground Systems (EGS) Program (LX) Support Services Contract Three (KLXS III) contract. Under this contract, our team provides engineering and technical services, program and business management support services and administrative support services to the EGS Program.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare, develop, and coordinate the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for moderately complex project schedules to meet objectives and milestones, engage functional experts to status the program master schedule and update new scope to meet program requirements.
- Provide support to the program teams, including tracking schedules, performing risk analysis/assessments, identifying, and resolving critical path issues.
- Assist the program team with weekly and monthly metrics; gather data from multiple sources - to maintain databases and produce metrics reports; analysis of actual versus baseline and estimated duration, evaluation of schedule progress against the plan, and critical path analysis
- Prepare data for monthly program review presentations using standard templates and perform various other support tasks as required and identified.
- Responsibilities may include schedule development, "what-if" scenarios, and analysis; schedule estimating and analysis, performance measurement (earned value), project forecasting and risk assessment.
Skills
- Extensive working knowledge of program planning and scheduling (critical path, float calculation, and integrated master schedule analysis) is required.
- Proficient in one or more of the following: Microsoft Project and Milestones Professional
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Understand the systems engineering lifecycle
- Ability to perform work within specific timeframes and adhere to deadlines.
- Organizational skills are a must.
- Experience with schedule Analysis tools such as: Acuman Fuse; NASA STAT, GAO Schedule Assessment Tool; etc.
Experience / Education
- Requires BA / BS degree and at least 5 years of applicable experience
- A combination of education, training, or certification that provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities may be substituted for the degree.
- Experience working with multi-discipline teams and customers.
- Aerospace Industry experience is preferred.
Work Conditions
- This position is contingent on successful completion of security badging requirements which include but are not limited to background checks, and drug screening.
