Job Title: Scheduler/Administrative Assistant

We are currently seeking a Scheduler/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for project scheduling, emailing customers and general contractors, and providing overall support to our project coordinator. Our company is fast-paced and busy, so we need someone who has a positive attitude and can learn quickly. We are willing to train someone who has no prior experience, as long as they are willing to grow and learn with us. The candidate must be fluent in English and Spanish and be available to start as soon as possible.
Responsibilities:
- Project scheduling
- Schedule work trips
- Emailing customers and general contractors
- Providing overall support to our project coordinator
- Coordinating with project managers and technicians
- Follow up after projects are complete
- Pickup/dropoff packages at the post office
Requirements:
- Positive attitude
- Ability to learn quickly
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Available to start as soon as possible
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience with Google Suite
