Schedulers schedule an annual on-sight visit to the company's various clients for audiometric/PFT/FIT/Vision testing services. Responsibilities:
- Review details from last years appointment
- Review tentative plan for this years visit; identify any issues and resolve with Scheduling Manager prior to interacting with customer
- Call clients to sell optimal dates based on logistics while adhering to DOT hours of operation
- Serve as a liaison between the company and the mobile van technicians
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Must be comfortable with proof-reading and error correction
- Team player
- Take direction and follow protocol
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer relations skills
- Proficient with computer skills- Excel, Outlook, Word
- Must be organized, detailed, and multi-task oriented
- Ability to establish priorities and complete goals
