In this crucial position, you will be responsible for scheduling MRI appointments at our Rolling Meadows location and implementing safety protocols to guarantee a smooth process for our patients. Training is available for candidates willing to contribute their expertise to our patient-focused environment.



Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough MRI safety screenings and obtain relevant medical records.
• Accurately conduct safety screenings before scheduling MRI appointments.
• Communicate effectively with patients to gather precise responses to safety questions.
• Provide pre-examination instructions and explain MRI procedures clearly and precisely.
• Collaborate with MRI Technologists, providing required documentation and reports.



Experience Required:

• Previous experience in medical scheduling.
• Attention to detail and the ability to navigate patient charts.
• Familiarity with imaging processes, MRIs, and medical record safety.
• Multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior exposure to front desk or patient representative roles.
• Experience in billing and customer service.
