SEEKING CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULERS/ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANTS

I am working with a well-respected, firmly established Construction Contractor seeking an experienced Scheduler and Administraction Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of a strong, quickly growing team of dedicated professionals.

I am looking for a hard-working individual in the Construction Industry ready to join a motivated team. Scheduling & Administration Experience Required. If you have an interest in the Construction Industry and are self-motivated, I would love to speak with you about this position in more detail.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for scheduling construction work and repairs
• Responsible for scheduling hours for office and field staff
• Performs administration duties in the office
• Coordinates between suppliers and subcontractors

Position Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Five years’ experience in construction administration and scheduling
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs and related computer skills
• Notary Public is a strong plus but not required
