Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Tattoo Shop Front Person/ Receptionist. As the face of our establishment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for every client who walks through our doors.
Responsibilities:
1. Greet customers warmly as they enter the shop and assist them with inquiries or appointment scheduling.
2. Manage appointment bookings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in scheduling tattoo sessions.
3. Provide information about tattoo artists, styles, and pricing to help clients make informed decisions.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front area, including waiting areas and display cases.
5. Process payments accurately and efficiently, using Square or other payment methods.
6. Assist tattoo artists with administrative tasks, such as filling out consent forms and filing artwork.
7. Uphold high standards of professionalism and confidentiality when dealing with clients’ personal information.
8. Handle customer complaints or concerns in a prompt and courteous manner, escalating issues to management when necessary.
9. Help with updating social media platforms and taking pictures and video. scheduling social media posts.
10. Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all customers.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment preferred.
2. Knowledge of tattoo artistry and tattoo culture is a plus.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
6. Comfortable using computer systems such as Adobe photoshop, Microsoft Word, and QuickBooks
7. A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding service to customers.
8. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
