SalaryWe are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as an Office Manager for our therapy office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to voicemails and emails promptly and professionally.
- Collecting and sorting incoming mail.
- Handling bank deposits and financial transactions.
- Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Assisting in maintaining schedules for multiple therapists.
- Conducting insurance verification and processing billing tasks.
- Following up on unpaid insurance claims.
- Managing new patient intake processes.
- Contacting patients regarding unpaid balances.
- Maintaining a clean and organized working environment.
- Assisting with payroll processing.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an office manager in a therapy or medical office setting.
- Experience with insurance verification and billing procedures.
- Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility with hours and availability for a part-time position.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 32 per week
