Satellite Office Receptionist

SpringVale Health Centersis seeking a full-time Satellite Office Receptionist for the Behavioral Health office located in Carrollton. Candidates should have prior experience working in a fast paced medical office including answering phones, greeting patients, scheduling appointments, registering patients, collecting payments, updating financial records, and other office duties to ensure efficient and effective agency operations.

This position is full-time, non-exempt working Monday 8:00am-8:00pm and Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 8:00am-6:00pm.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required. Prior medical office experience is preferred. Must be proficient in telephone etiquette, customer service, medical terminology, basic understanding of insurances, strong multitasking skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
