We are looking for a SPA Supervisor who is passionate in providing only the highest levels of customer service . This position reports to our Director of Spa . Work authorization for this location is required .
Responsibilities
Welcome and orient guests to the Spa, book spa /salon services and fitness classes , check guests in and out of the Spa . Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. The Spa Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Spa Front Desk, Spa Desk Coordinators and the Spa Attendants. The Supervisor must at all times display professionalism and attention to detail to serve as an example and leader to the Spa Coordinators and the Spa Attendants. Comply with all Four Seasons’ policies and procedures.
Knowledge and Skills
Education:
High School education or equivalent experience .
Experience:
Requires one year of spa employment within the Four Seasons . Previous Supervisory experience in a related field preferred.
Skills & Abilities:
Requires a working knowledge of computer programs ( i.e. Word, Excel, Lotus Notes, B4Time, ) Oral and written proficiency in the English language . Superior communications skills . A superior sense of organization and ability to prioritize in a busy environment and patience.

Hours Required
The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
