Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Sales/Leasing Consultant to join our team. As a Sales / Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting prospective residents with finding their ideal home and ensuring a smooth leasing process. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong sales skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service to all prospective residents
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential renters
- Assist in the application and leasing process, including collecting necessary documents and conducting background checks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of property features, amenities, and local area attractions
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person regarding availability, pricing, and lease terms
- Follow up with leads and maintain a sales pipeline to maximize occupancy rates
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately
- Coordinate move-in dates and conduct move-in inspections with new residents
- Address resident concerns or maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Assist with inventory control of leasing office supplies

Experience:
- Previous experience in sales support or customer service roles preferred
- Strong sales skills with the ability to negotiate lease terms effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in math for calculating rental rates, deposits, and prorated amounts
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
