Salesforce Release Administrator

You Will:
- Manage the lifecycle of change requests, deploying changes to production environments using tools like GitHub, Copado, and Salesforce methods.
- Maintain the integrity of services integrated with our cloud environments and act as a Salesforce SME for business requirement analysis.
- Evaluate new Salesforce releases and apps, participate in implementation plans, and stay current with administration best practices.
- Perform regression testing, validate Salesforce configurations, and provide best practice insights for secure application development.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for deployment planning, execution, and quality assurance, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Create and maintain documentation on deployment processes, configurations, and best practices, while troubleshooting and resolving deployment issues promptly.
You Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or other technical discipline required, OR a minimum of 4 years equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of Salesforce deployment experience in complex environments.
- Experience with Salesforce App Exchange products and familiarity with the government sector or multiple Salesforce org environments.
- Proficiency in Salesforce platform configuration, data migration, and deployment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in SQL and data manipulation languages.
- Experience with Salesforce data tools (e.g., Data Loader, Workbench) and some familiarity with Agile project management.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and able to obtain a government security clearance.
You Might Have:
- Familiarity with ETL tools and processes and knowledge of SFDC configuration including third-party tools.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Required/Preferred Salesforce Certifications:
- Certified Salesforce Administrator (Required)
- Salesforce Application Builder (Preferred)
- Salesforce Certified Data Architecture and Management Designer (Preferred)
