Salesforce Release Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Release Manager to join our team. As a Release Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the software release process and ensuring the successful delivery of software products. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a small and passionate team of professional and deliver a difference to our customer.

Duties:
- Manage the end-to-end software release process, including planning, coordination, and execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define release requirements and timelines
- Develop and maintain release schedules, ensuring timely delivery of software releases
- Coordinate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth deployment of software updates
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize potential disruptions
- Monitor release progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the release process
- Continuously improve release management processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications:

• Security+ Certification
• (2+ years of SF Experience)
• SF end-to-end release processes, running source code tools, SF release cadence
• managing UAT environment; SF Trailhead (free) – Admin Beginner, Admin Intermediate, Developer Beginner, Developer Intermediate
• Strong experience in software project management, with a focus on release management
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and best practices for software development
• Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
• Understanding of TCP/IP networking protocols and distributed systems architecture
• Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
• Proficiency in version control systems such as GitHub
• Knowledge of NGINX or other web server technologies is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
