Tri Pointe Homes is looking for an experienced, detail orientated, problem solving individual to join our talented group as a Salesforce Administrator
– Omni-Channel, Chat, and Voice in our Home Office.

Remote locations available in CA, WA, NV, AZ, UT, NC, MD, CO, and TX

Position
Overview: We are seeking a talented Salesforce Administrator with a track record in building and maintaining omni-channel, chat, and voice functionalities. This person will have a deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, particularly in configuring and optimizing omnichannel features to streamline communication and enhance customer interactions across various channels.

Initially, you will be tasked with understanding clearly the intent of a given set of requirements. It is your responsibility to ideate on possible ways to implement the requirements, considering the pros and cons of each approach, while being open to divergent solutions. You are to call out any discrepancies, logical gaps, process gaps, edge cases, alternative scenarios, or anything else that could potentially threaten the success of achieving that intent, all while maintaining the integrity of the system. Technical competency is expected, technical “mastery” is not.

Team Overview:
The Salesforce team at Tri Pointe Homes has been fully remote since its inception in 2017 and consists of six team members, including admins, business analysts, and an architect. Our team supports the company's sales and marketing department nationwide, utilizing Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, Scheduler, Chat, and Voice. We meet in-person three times per year for team building in places like Irvine, California, Scottsdale, Arizona, and Austin, Texas. Pickleball skills are a plus, but not mandatory.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Create, design and review development plans for Salesforce projects and integrations to ensure security, performance, development, and design best practices are maintained. This includes making sure that solutions are scalable, reliable, and provide a best-in-class experience for users and customers.
  • Keep up to date with Salesforce releases related to Omni-channel, Chat and Voice.
  • Provide production support for tickets related to Omni-channel, Chat, and Voice.
  • Focus on user efficiencies, solving business/customer issues, invent creative solutions, and ensure data accuracy across the system.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to proactively identify, drive, and build improvements, enhancements, and system customization that solve critical business needs.
  • Participate in the change management process. Drive communication efforts across relevant stakeholders.
  • Participate in QA processes and adhere to DevOps processes.
  • Create and maintain team, end-user, and customer-facing documentation for functionality, features, process, and policy for Salesforce and related systems.
  • Create user stories and evaluate complex business and technical requirements, communicating inherent security risks and solutions to technical and non-technical business owners.

Position Qualifications:
  • 4+ years’ experience implementing and configuring Salesforce.com for 100+ users
  • 2+ years’ experience administering and integrating Salesforce CPQ
  • 2+ years’ experience administering and integrating DocuSign
  • Solid understanding of and detailed experience with the Salesforce.com architecture
  • A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
  • Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills to research, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues and potential project blockers.
  • Experience creating, sourcing, and implementing Salesforce best-practices for security, configuration, and platform administration.
  • Proven ability to build effective partnerships with business owners and technical partners
  • Experience configuring and implementing the latest salesforce products (Einstein Bots, Einstein Analytics, Customer 360, Lightning Components, etc.)
  • Knowledge of ETL integrations with connected databases
  • Experience with projects related to chat or a CTI.
  • Experience with building or modifying an Omni-Channel Flow in Salesforce.
  • One or more Salesforce Certifications including the Service Cloud Consultant certification.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base Salary: The expected Base Salary range for this position is between $40.10-53.13 per hour, equivalent to $83,400-110,500 per year, depending on experience and skillset. Base Salary is paid bi-weekly, every other Friday.
  • Bonus: This position is eligible for an annual performance-based cash bonus. Bonuses are earned, calculated and paid in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Company’s applicable incentive plan document.
