- Manage and maintain Salesforce platform, including user setup, data management, and assist with system customization
- Develop and maintain documentation for Salesforce processes and procedures
- Work on salesforce tickets daily
- Provide training and support for users on Salesforce platform and automation processes
Qualifications
- 3+ year of experience with Salesforce
- Salesforce power user
- Mule Soft experience a plus
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and ability to implement them
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
