GENERAL DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an accomplished Salesforce Administrator to play a crucial role in the
implementation, ongoing development, optimization, integration, and maintenance of our
Salesforce platform. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and customer care teams
to ensure that Salesforce meets their needs and contributes to our business objectives. The
ideal candidate is passionate about technology, detail-oriented, and capable of managing
multiple projects simultaneously.
FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customize and configure Salesforce to meet the evolving needs of the business, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions within Salesforce.
- Implement and maintain Salesforce integrations with third-party applications, ensuring data integrity and smooth data flow.
- Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance, customer behavior, and other key metrics.
- Manage user access and permissions, ensuring compliance with security policies and best practices.
- Provide training and support to users, addressing questions, troubleshooting issues, and promoting best practices for Salesforce usage.
- Stay informed about new Salesforce features and updates, evaluating their potential impact on our business processes and recommending enhancements.
- Conduct regular data quality assessments and implement strategies to improve data accuracy and completeness.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within Salesforce.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) required; additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator (ADM 211) or Platform App Builder preferred.
