We are seeking a problem-solving Salesforce Admin who will excel in configuring Salesforce systems, leading data governance, and integrating enterprise solutions. Responsibilities:
- Play a vital role in implementing the Salesforce architecture by sharing best practices and consultations with internal business stakeholders.
- Identify and gather requirements while working with stakeholders by creating a platform roadmap, defining priorities, translating them into best practices, as well as developing a scalable solution with a focus on an exceptional user experience.
- Upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems for optimized integration by managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
- Importing sales department leads, contacts, and other data & metrics necessary.
- Lead technology implementation by helping to develop standard terminology, accounts, views, pipelines, and dashboards.
- Responsible for leading data management, security, privacy & governance to improve Salesforce data quality by implementing rules and automation as needed.
- Ensure proper data governance framework and strategies that will provide benefits including planning for future improvements. Assist with developing a sales funnel, sales process, as well as monitoring forecasts, performance, and visibility.
- Help with developing dashboards & analytics from opportunity identification to revenue recognition, leading to insights to create foresight. Create all technical documentation relating to user training (SOPs) and user experience, to monitor and improve adaptation of the platform.
Required Skills & Qualifications (must-haves):
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Administration.
- Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports.
- Salesforce certification required: Salesforce Admin or Salesforce Certified Advanced Admin, or Salesforce Developer.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex project updates in a clear and concise manner to non-technical audiences, including stakeholders and C-Suite personnel.
- Experience integrating large enterprise systems with Salesforce.
- Design, develop, test, document, deploy, and support third-party integrations with Salesforce.
- Experience with Visualforce Pages, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, Process Builders, etc., is a plus.
