We are currently looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team!

Role Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment
- Manage all administrative functions including user management, workflows, reports and dashboards and custom configurations
- Third party tool integration (such as Outreach, Leandata, Chilipiper, Marketo, Wordpress)
- Execute changes in accordance with defined system implementation, change management and configuration processes
- Coordinate the intake, evaluation, scope and execution of new development requests
- Establish and execute communication plans keeping all users informed of changes, policies and expectations
- Ensure governance processes are adhered to on the force.com platform
- Implement best practices for org-wide security and user permissions
- Define and deliver communications and training for new and existing users
- Install and implement AppExchange apps
- Extract and load data into Salesforce
Skills, Qualifications and Attributes:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
- 5+ years’ experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
- Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
- Marketing & Sales tool experience (Outreach, Leandata, Wordpress, Marketo, Pardot, etc.)
- JIRA experience preferred
- Excellent organization and project management skills
- Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate throughout all levels of the organization
- Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on the system and connected applications, systems and processes
