Job Description:
Join this remote team in an enterprise environment and provide Salesforce support across the entire organization.
Job Responsibilities:
Create and manage user accounts. Assign roles and profiles.
Monitor user activity and track performance
Configure and maintain security settings.
Manage user access and permissions. Implement security policies
Customize objects and fields. Develop and maintain page layouts and record types. Implement business processes using flows.
Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in Salesforce solutions. Propose and implement new features or enhancements to maximize the effectiveness of Salesforce.
Act as key point-of-contact and first level of support for the communication and resolution of CRM related questions/issues
Will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day administration for all CRM users and will assist in the upkeep and maintenance of data quality for all CRM inputs. (i.e. opportunities, leads, service requests, accounts, contacts, assignments, etc.)
Manage the Help Desk inbox and answer all questions or inquiries.
Train new users on the CRM and train existing users on new or enhanced functionalities through CoreLogic University, group trainings or on a one-on-one basis
Maintain the CRM Help Desk website by creating new collateral and updating information and job aids.
Define and document best practices within CRM and socialize/train the organization.
Must develop standardized tools, methodologies and business processes aimed at improving operational efficiency.
Align with business analysts, administrators and users of CRM reporting tools to reflect sales structure systems.
Ability to go beyond the numbers and consider the broad business implications in helping management and business partners identify and exploit opportunities to improve business performance.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred or Equivalent experience.
Experience p roviding ongoing support and training to end users, including the creation and delivery of workshop materials, demoing new features, and documentation maintenance.
Experience working c losely with stakeholders to deliver projects with high attention to details.
1 year of Salesforce Platform experience (Sales and Service Cloud)
Salesforce Administrator Certification
