The Saviynt Finance team is looking to add a Revenue Operations Salesforce Administrator. We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in optimizing our revenue operations. This is an ideal role for a master collaborator with a passion for working with revenue teams and their leaders in leveraging tools to drive more efficient and effective operations.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Manage and administer the Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance, user access, and data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, Finance, and others, to understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvement in our technology stack
- Configure and customize Salesforce to meet the unique needs of our revenue operations teams, including but not limited to lead management, opportunity tracking, and quote-to-cash processes
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate Salesforce with other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation
- Stay updated on the latest Salesforce releases and features, proactively suggesting and implementing enhancements to drive efficiency
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to sales leadership and other stakeholders
- Assist in managing and administering other revenue operations tools as we grow
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent work experience
- Salesforce Administrator certification is required; additional certifications (Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) are a plus
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a B2B SaaS environment, with a focus on revenue operations
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, lead-to-cash workflows, and revenue recognition
- Proficient in configuring and customizing Salesforce using declarative tools (e.g., Process Builder, Flow) and Apex coding skills are a plus
- Familiarity with integration tools and middleware solutions
- Experience with Azure DW and Data Factory leveraging integrations of NetSuite through Azure to Salesforce is a plus
- Familiarity with other integration tools and middleware solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions
- Proactive problem solver with a commitment to continuous improvement
