We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant to join our team and help our clients implement, configure, and extend the Salesforce platform. This is a full-time remote position, so you can work from the comfort of your own couch (or coffee shop, we don't judge).
Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to figure out what they need from the Salesforce platform and provide guidance on best practices
- Train clients on how to use Salesforce and provide ongoing support
- Design and manage complex user, data, and security configurations for Salesforce
- Create custom reports, dashboards, approval processes, and workflows
- Design solutions within the Sales and Service Cloud applications
- Design the data model, user interface, business logic, and security for custom applications
- Set up and configure users, groups, profiles, roles, security, and data sharing
- Import and export data using the Data Import Wizard and Data Loader
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex data sharing and visibility problems
- Configure multiple record types and page layouts
- Design and configure forecasting, territories, and custom sales processes
- Configure web-to-lead and lead assignment rules
- Deploy custom applications
- Use the Process Builder for email alerts and record and field updates
- Build page layouts in Lightning
- Analyze data in spreadsheets and map it to fields in Salesforce
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously
Requirements:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce administration
- 1+ years of experience working as a Salesforce Consultant
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients and guide new CRM users on their journey to becoming Salesforce users
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, relaxed, and fun environment
- Results-oriented and able to take a task and achieve it without supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Desired certifications: Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant
