Duties/Responsibilities:
- Prospect, connect and close ticket sales leads through lead follow-up, cold-calling, face-to-face appointments and networking.
- Conduct face to face sales appointments throughout Houston area in addition to hosting appointments at NRG Stadium
- Adhere to department guidelines in relation to call volume and outside networking opportunities and key performance metrics.
- Consistently enter client data into CRM and Archtics ticketing system to aid in information sharing between sales and other departments as well as enhancing the Houston Texans sales processes.
- Consistently maintain a strong and efficient sales pipeline and display the capability to manage a sales funnel effectively.
- Maintain high level of customer service to existing and new clients of the Houston Texans.
- Participate in various sales, team and community events as assigned.
- Represent organization at various networking events and/or offsite community events promoting ticket sales.
- Perform various other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by Inside Sales Manager and/or VP Ticket Sales and Events.
- Must possess an optimistic team-first attitude, as well as the competitive desire to be the best.
- Must possess both the personal and professional communication skills to conduct face to face presentations.
- Perform various other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by Sr. Director of Business Development and/or VP Ticket and Event Sales.
- Primary – Consumer/Corporate Season Ticket Packages
- Secondary – Consumer/Corporate Group Ticket Packages
- Position requires routine face-to-face personal interaction with other Club personnel; therefore, job responsibilities must be physically performed in the Club offices and not in a telecommuting manner.

- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university preferred.
- High School Diploma required.
- Minimum of one (1) year sales experience, required.
