*This is a commission-based job (no salary)

*Potential to earn $45k-$80k on basic production in the first year: commissions start at 80% of first year annual premium and go up to 130% based on agency building and production

We will train you from beginning to end on how to be successful in our industry using our simple step by step selling system. Top agents/builders currently make over $300,000 per year. If you are not yet licensed, we subsidize the cost of obtaining required licensing.
