- Ensuring all files and paperwork are timely and in accordance with relevant funeral service laws and regulations
- Take part in community networking opportunities, host educational events and tours, and attend health care facility visits with Baldwin Brothers’ Community Liaison
- Manage and supervise burial, cremation, and other funeral dispositions
- Work with the designated representative of the deceased to coordinate viewings, funeral service, embalming, cremation, or any other services relating to the final disposition of human remains
- Direct and supervise visitations, viewings, and funeral services
- Coordinate with veteran organizations to provide military honors
- Ensure religious and ethnic customs of decedents are fulfilled and respected
- Overall responsibility for funeral services
- Participate in state and county inspections
- Work scheduled on call shifts during evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Exhibit proficiency with and ability to quickly learn the various software programs, databases, and systems utilized
- Meet with families in their homes, as requested
- Other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
