```Duties``` - Develop and implement strategic Sales and Marketing plans to achieve company objectives - Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor analysis - Analyze Sales and Marketing data to measure performance and identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns - Manage and optimize digital marketing channels including SEO, performance marketing, and social media - Oversee product management activities including pricing, positioning, and promotion - Create compelling copy for marketing materials, website content, and social media posts - Monitor and report on Sales and Marketing KPIs to senior management ```Experience``` - Proven experience in Sales and Marketing roles, preferably in a managerial capacity - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions - Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with optimizing websites for search engines - Familiarity with performance marketing channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc. - Solid understanding of budgeting principles and experience managing marketing budgets - Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas and strategies - Experience in product management is a plus - Proficiency in WordPress or other content management systems is preferred This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team.
