Sales Support Specialist Job Description:
The Sales Support Specialist is an intricate part of the Sales Support dynamic. The position will assist the After The Storm sales representative with various support initiatives in the development of the relationship of sale to job and help to coordinate and facilitate from start to finish.
1) Assist with contract data entry.
2) Help to analyze data and search for additional billing items.
3) Assist with scheduling as needed.
4) Interact with Insurance representatives as necessary.
5) General administrative duties
Anticipated expected hrs.
1) The position is part time, 15-30 hrs. per week.
2) Position pays between $18-22/hr. depending on experience level.
3) In office service
4) Possibility of remote operation with approval
Skills and requirements:
1) Expert keyboarding/typing skills.
2) Intermediate office suite skills and knowledge
3) Ability to read note data and insert data into contact spreadsheets.
This position reports to the administrative director.
