What You Will Do

In this role as our Sales Support Specialist, reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales, you’ll be at the forefront of driving sales success by taking charge of a diverse range of tasks designed to streamline operations and supercharge growth.

As Ritual is a growing startup, some of your responsibilities will be:

• Daily wholesale shipment management process.
• Provide monthly updates and mandates to distributor and retail partners.
• Manage and update sales reports and decks.
• Ongoing information maintenance with retail, wholesale and vendor partners.
• Preparing meeting agendas and recaps.
• Work with VP on strategic projects, i.e. hospitality pitch decks.
• Administrative tasks: sales organization of Dropbox, shipping POS, samples, and
• additional tasks as needed.
• Assisting with meeting planning, including some travel and hospitality arrangements.
• Occasionally assist with outside events.

Qualifications

• This is an in-office position working out of the Chicago office.
• Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support Agent.
• 2 - 4 years experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods Industry.
• Bev Alc experience is not required but a bonus.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (particularly MS Excel) and Google Suite.
• Familiarity with sales tracking software and systems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems preferred.
