Inside Sales Support position assisting with architectural and national account activity

We are currently seeking a talented individual to join the Rockfon team at our Chicago location as an Architectural Sales Support Specialist. This an on-site position at our Chicago facility (60638) with business hours Monday through Friday.
- Provide direct support to our external team of Architectural Sales Managers
- Aid in the mining of databases to identify potential sales opportunities
- Working in conjunction with Marketing, aid in the Lead Management process through use of our marketing automation and CRM systems, qualifying leads and assigning them to the relevant Architectural Sales Managers
- Arrange and execute on Continuing Education Unit (CEU) presentations including liaising with key architectural practices to ensure a smooth end to end successful event
- Aid in the set up and delivery of trade shows
- Timely administrative execution of expenses in respect to costs incurred
This is What You Offer:
- 3+ years customer service or Sales Support experience a MUST
- Business or related degree preferred
- Fluent with MS Office with a focus on Excel and experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software
- Strong time management skills with ability to prioritize competing priorities
- Work with clients to meet goals, deadlines and resolve issues quickly
- A desire to be a team player and help drive the business
- An eagerness and willingness to grow and develop
