Otter Products is recruiting for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our Sales Operations team! This opportunity is based out of our Fort Collins, CO headquarters and eligible to work a hybrid schedule or based remotely in Bentonville, AR.
The Sales Operations Specialist will serve as the primary advocate and voice for the customer that Otter is serving. The Sales Operations Specialist will provide direct support to the account owners to ensure sales execution and drive towards sales targets. This individual will creatively and consistently solve customer issues and ensure the smoothest working relationship possible. - Order Management
- Work closely with our customer, Sales, and Demand Planning teams to help understand customer order behaviors
- Ensure orders are processed promptly through the Sales Operations Coordinators
- Utilize ERP reporting to identify ‘commit dates’ and communicate back to the customer via open order report
- Manage open orders and partner with Supply Planning and DC teams to ensure on time delivery
- Provide information and guidance for short and long-range forecasts to the Demand Planning team
- Support customer on any shipping discrepancies and compliance misses
- Partner with Sales Ops Coordinator to adjust order quantities, dates, cancelations, etc.
- CPFR Ownership (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment)
- Facilitates Weekly Calls with customers, Sales, and Demand Planning to review product roadmap, forecasting (New Product/Series Introductions), and open order management
- Review replenishment items WOS (weeks of supply) Min/Max, advise customer on inventory needs
- Work cross-functionally to understand marketing activities, promotions, and other trend change drivers
- Product Lifecycle Management
- Communicate Preliminary Setup details and Pre-Order Announcements to customers
- Work with Sales, Supply Planning, and Demand Planning teams to ensure customer launch needs are supported throughout the launch process
- Organize and share product renders, sales assets, and KSP’s with customers, in accordance with customer-specific formats and requirements
- Represent Sales Operations in product launch core team meetings
- Communicate DWG (Discontinued When Gone) details and manage product lifecycle timelines with customers
- Support and maintain a positive safety culture by following all safety policies and procedures and actively contributing to a safe working environment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required. Experience instead of degree may be considered.
- Minimum of three years of work experience in sales operations, operations or customer service required.
- Walmart account support experience preferred.
- Experience with RetailLink and/or Luminate preferred.
