Job Description:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Red River Auto Group, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward into the future of auto sales. We are seeking an individual with fresh ideas, a creative mindset, and a passion for Digital Marketing. Your primary responsibilities will include managing various aspects of Digital Marketing such as Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Paid Social, and other Digital Marketing initiatives.

Pay will be based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Digital Marketing strategies to enhance the online presence and visibility of Red River Auto Group.
• Manage and optimize SEM campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and sales.
• Conduct keyword research, analysis, and optimization to improve SEO performance.
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
• Monitor and analyze Digital Marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the team.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Digital Marketing and automotive industry developments.
• Meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work consistently.
• Work effectively in a team environment, contributing ideas and collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
• Utilize creativity and innovation to develop engaging Digital Marketing content and campaigns.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of SEM, SEO, and social media marketing strategies and best practices.
• Proficiency in using Digital Marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Creative mindset with a passion for exploring new ideas and approaches to Digital Marketing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
