Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and develop all marketing and business development tactics within the assigned market of North West Arkansas, with the assistance of the Marketing and Business Development team located in Van Buren AR.
- Develop and nurture relationships with area networking groups and entrepreneurial circles.
- Assist with various projects to support business development efforts, including email, call, in-person visits, social media, etc.
- Providing service proposals and addendums as required
- Coordinate the onboarding of client accounts and addendums
- Providing information and service quotes to inbound potential clients
- Keeping up to date on new services and procedures by attending training and sales meetings
- Coordinating sponsorships and local membership budgets as needed.
- Specializes in planning, managing, and coordinating events such as:
- Business Expos
- Educational Training
- Promotional
- Engage with current clients to keep them informed on service offerings and build relationships.
- Responsible to understand and follow the Playbook as it pertains to the team member
- Other duties as assigned.
