Job description

The Digital Media Specialist leads the planning, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns for the firm. This role is responsible for creating impactful online marketing strategies that enhance our firm's visibility, engage our target audience, and drive meaningful results.


Responsibilities:

  • Develops and executes comprehensive paid social media strategies tailored to promote our class action and mass tort legal services.
  • Collaborates closely with the marketing and legal teams to understand the firm's goals, target audience, and unique value proposition.
  • Creates, manages, and optimizes paid social campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and Google Ads.
  • Creates and edits web pages for internal and external lead generation, including images, video, and copy. Also responsible for JavaScript (J/S) development.
  • Installs webhooks and sets up integrations as needed, including parameter mapping, setting data quality standards (DQs), and configuring tracking.
  • Conducts thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to inform campaign targeting and optimization strategies.
  • Designs visually appealing and compelling ad creatives that align with the firm's brand and messaging guidelines.
  • Monitors campaign performance using analytics tools, tracks key metrics, and generates regular reports to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implements A/B testing methodologies to refine ad copy, visuals, and audience targeting for continuous improvement.
  • Stays informed about industry trends, social media platform updates, and legal advertising regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Collaborates with the marketing team to create eye-catching visuals and ad assets that convey our firm's messaging effectively.
  • Stays up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, technologies, and platforms to continually enhance campaign strategies.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in managing and optimizing paid social campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and Google Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable with data analysis and using tools like Google Analytics or social media insights to track and measure campaign performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting persuasive ad copy and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize and develop captivating visuals and ad creatives, through the use of ad creation tools, like Canva, etc.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple campaigns while adhering to deadlines.
  • Knowledge of marketing funnels and CRM.
  • Proficiency in web production (basic knowledge of Photoshop and HTML).
  • Proficiency in creative production management (Adobe, Drive, etc.).
  • Knowledge of dashboards and BI tools such as Domo.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace or similar.
  • Familiarity with project management software such as ClickUp is a plus.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in Digital Media or a similar role, with a strong focus on paid social media campaigns.
  • Certifications in digital marketing or related fields (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.

Physical Demands:

  • Extended periods of desk-based work involving continuous sitting and computer usage.
  • Repetitive movements of wrists and hands during tasks.
