Job Description:

This is a new company looking to grow quickly, so we are looking for self-starters who are excited to accelerate their careers and quickly get into salaried, managing roles overseeing a team. This job is for a dynamic and results-driven Canvasser to play a crucial role in generating new sales opportunities for BlastPros Exterior Cleaning. This position involves door-to-door canvassing in assigned territories to introduce our services to potential residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive nature, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door canvassing in designated areas to promote BlastPros Exterior Cleaning services.
• Provide potential clients with information about our services, including the benefits and pricing.
• Schedule appointments for our sales team to meet with interested clients.
• Collect contact information from potential clients for follow-up communications.
• Answer any questions potential clients may have about our services.
• Maintain accurate records of canvassing activities, including client responses and feedback.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly canvassing targets.
• Represent BlastPros Exterior Cleaning professionally at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in canvassing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Persuasive and able to handle objections effectively.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
• Access to reliable transportation for travel within the assigned territory.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
