Position Overview As a Sales Operations Manager in a wholesale environment, you will play a critical role in overseeing the entire sales order process, order fulfillment, and associated support functions. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless execution of orders in accordance with delivery expectations, meeting customer requirements, and adhering to company guidelines. A key focus of your role will be to minimize chargebacks, cancellations, and delays, optimizing the efficiency of the sales order cycle.  This role presents an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and optimize the sales operation function, contributing to the overall success of the company by ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. About You * Proven experience in wholesale operations, demonstrating a deep understanding of the end-to-end wholesale process. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively manage order cycles and address challenges promptly. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams, customers, and distributors. * Ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment. * ERP and EDI experience. * You currently reside or are planning to relocate to SOCAL. Key Responsibilities Operations * Efficiently oversee the workflow of two customer service representatives, ensuring seamless collaboration, timely query resolution, and a high standard of customer satisfaction within the Sales Operations group. * Execute Allocations and Picks down to 3PL * Communicate delayed WIPS to Sales Operations team by working with production and 3L * Send weekly hold reports to reps, credit hold, credit card * Biweekly clean up windows in order book * Send seasonal drop updates and order book clean-up to reps * Compliance Communication. Backend support for compliance or routing-related issues, by providing consistent follow-up with the 3PL * Fineline Tickets. Ordering Fineline Tickets for URB003 & Saks Off 5th. * Efficiently oversee the workflow of two customer service representatives, ensuring seamless collaboration, timely query resolution, and a high standard of customer satisfaction within the Sales Operations group. EDI Functions * Oversee Bulk Maintenance.  Monitor clean up and roll over of bulks. * Execute GXS and Intertrade Catalogs. Manually upload UPC data for EDI customers via the GXS Catalog and Intertrade upon request on a seasonal basis. * New Account EDI Setup. Work with internal IT Team as well as Compliance to assist in the setup of new EDI accounts and participate in EDI testing. Dropship Functions * Execute 846 Inventory Feeds. Maintain all 846 Inventory Feeds for dropship accounts on a monthly cadence, as well as current bulks and vendor portal inventory. * Oversee Dropship Bulk Maintenance. Review and consolidate current and upcoming bulks with sales management to maintain healthy flow of inventory to the individual accounts.
