Job Overview:
We seek a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will directly sell to consumers, develop and implement sales strategies, analyze market trends, and build strong client relationships. This position offers a path to a Sales Director role and is ideal for those with a passion for sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales goals.
Duties:
- Manage and close booked sales appointments to achieve targets (leads provided).
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Sales Director.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully execute sales initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities.
Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the solar & roofing industry.
- Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM or other CRM software.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership abilities to motivate and inspire.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Experience in business development and managing client relationships.
- Effective time management, prioritization, and meeting deadlines.
Day-to-Day Operations & Requirements:
- Daily booked appointments to contact the customer.
- Green Conception provides an average of 3-6 appointments per day. (B2C)
- Contact and build our "Dealer Referral Program." (B2B2C) (Self Lead Gen)
- Remote job with occasional customer visits as needed.
- Weekly and daily Google Meet meetings with the team.
- Quarterly face-to-face company meetings.
- Laptop and gear provided.
- You'll need good internet and a quiet home office setup.
