Facebook’s Small Business Group is looking for a Sales Manager to lead Campaign Activation efforts for the Small Business Sales team. The Small Business Group (SBG) contributes directly to Facebook’s mission by connecting every Small Business in the world with their customers on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger, and then helping them grow through solutions like pages, advertising, messaging, commerce and many other tools. We succeed when we help our customers grow their business. The Small Business Group at Facebook is one of two sales channels responsible for Facebook’s multi-billion-dollar advertising business. Our Small Business Team helps more than 99% of Facebook’s 10 million plus advertisers, and our potential business is even larger with more than 200 million businesses using our free tools to connect with customers.The role of the Sales Manager, Campaign Activations is to work with the central Programs team and the Regional Sales teams to design and deliver successful global sales sprints and seasonal campaigns end-to-end in order to drive Facebook advertising revenue. In this capacity, the role will partner with regional and cross-functional teams to define seasonal client solution and selling strategies, work with cross-functional teams to streamline global resource and customize content development, create an annual seasonal moments GTM cadence for regional sales team, and work with regional leads to support broader go-to-market plans where appropriate. The Campaign Activations lead will also play a role in organizing and refining sales incentive levers for our outsourced agent sellers (e.g. spiffs) to drive adoption of core campaigns in coordination with regions and other relevant cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales enablement, strong at cross-functional communication and project execution, have a strong marketing and communications background, and be able to balance the businesses goals with the needs of many cross-functional partners. Required Skills:
Sales Manager, Campaign Activations (Small Business) Responsibilities:
Prioritize global and seasonal campaign go-to-market orchestration
Development of comprehensive sales calendars and multi-faceted sales materials for outsourced sellers, in conjunction with marketing team
Support on broader global go-to-market priorities flagged by regional sales team
Coordinate and operationalize global components of agent spiffs
Build and manage relationships with key cross-functional partners, provide business advisory support, and influence cross-functional teams
Work closely with their own manager to share ideas, challenges, etc. and agree on strategies to remove roadblocks, improve on ideas, prioritize work for themselves and the team
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in marketing, communications or sales
4+ years work experience in marketing, communications or sales
Project management experience and experience running strategic projects with cross-functional teams
Experience communication and facilitating across all levels and addressing both large and small audiences across multiple leadership levels and functions
Communication and presentation experience with proven track record of working with senior leaders
Knowledge of the advertising marketplace and ad products
Experience dealing with ambiguity and unstructured problems
Open, collaborative and proven team player, with experience in initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance or support
Experience in contributing at both strategic and operational levels
Public Compensation:
$107,000/year to $145,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
