Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and driven Outbound Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. As an Outbound Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in expanding our client base, driving revenue growth, and contributing to the overall success of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to targeted leads to promote our products/services
- Qualify leads and assess potential client needs through effective communication
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies
- Document and update client information in the CRM system
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outbound sales or telesales
