What are day-to-day responsibilities?
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and text messages
- Support customers through a proprietary online application process
- Schedule appointments
- Close sales
What are the job requirements?
- 1 year of sales or call center experience preferred but not required
- Professional phone etiquette
- Positive attitude and high energy at all times
- Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
