The Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
We're seeking ambitious sales professionals keen on accelerating their career growth. As an SDR, you're not just a cog in the machine. You're the engine that drives our sales pipeline. You'll connect with potential clients, understand their unique challenges, and identify how McAfee Institute can help them excel in their roles.
What You'll Do
- Identify and engage potential clients through various channels such as LinkedIn, sales databases, and internet searches.
- Become a trusted advisor by staying updated on industry trends and how McAfee Institute's training programs can address them.
- Utilize Hubspot and Shopify to manage and document your interactions with prospects.
- Develop and execute daily plans to maximize your outreach efforts.
- Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics.
Who We're Looking For
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A strong passion for sales and a results-oriented mindset.
- High levels of empathy and the ability to handle objections gracefully.
- Previous sales experience is a plus but not a requirement.
- A sense of humor is appreciated; bread puns are optional but encouraged.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary of $45k per year, with bonuses (Total compensation range: $80-100k)
