Overview:
The Store Manager is responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations within a retail facility; includes cash handling, inventory management, customer experience, and employee relations.

Job Duties:
- Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operation within a retail facility, including cash handling, customer experience, and employee relations.
- Exhibit customer service excellence by answering questions, building relationships with customers, and promptly addressing and resolving customer concerns.
- Provide ongoing training and development to staff members according to the guidelines set forth by the company.
- Ensure that the location is staffed for success by performing interviews, making hires, and filling out new hire paperwork.
- Provide effective feedback on employee performance and take appropriate action to overcome challenges.
- Schedule writing and timesheet preparation.
- Review and monitor inventory, oversee the ordering process, and coordinate warehouse orders.
- Curate relationships with vendors and manage deliveries.
- Survey the market for competitive fuel pricing and product selection, and monitor gas prices and deliveries.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 19 years old.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of prior retail store management experience
- 5 years total leadership experience (Ex: Shift Lead, Assistant Manager, Manager).
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance required.
- Must pass a background check.
- This is a full-time position. Days and times may vary, including weekends and evenings.
