Enumerate is the preferred software provider for community association management companies, who represent over half of the new homes built in America today. We help Community Association Management (CAM) professionals save time and money and offer a solution that can transform a small business.
We are looking for competitive people to join our SDR team. You bring your A game, and we will reward you accordingly. Base pay range is 45-55k annually with an OTE of $67,438, but commission is uncapped. Our goal is to give you an opportunity to move up from an SDR role within 8-12 months.
SDR quota is 50+ calls per day and at least 10 meetings set and held per month, once you’re through initial training. The first couple weeks your focus is to shadow, do peer-to-peer roleplaying, and get 1:1 coaching with a sales leader. Once you are on the phone, expectations are as follows:
Month 1 - 1 meeting set and held
Month 2 - 3 meetings set and held
Month 3 - 6 meetings set and held
Month 4 and on - 10 meetings set and held
To help our SDRs learn about the software and observe our Account Executives at work, SDRs are encouraged to regularly attend discovery calls and software demos. We provide coaching so you should come wanting feedback and open to learning something new. Coaching happens on three levels: at 1:1 meeting between you and sales leadership, collectively in sales meetings and when you are paired up with another rep to shadow and roleplay.
For location, preference will be given to applicants in Clearwater, FL, or Atlanta, GA, but we are open to west coast or a fully remote arrangement for the right candidate.

- Willingness to travel up to 5%, potentially on a quarterly basis
